This folder holds the data Claude keeps for this Windows account: your settings, your sign-in, and your Cowork tasks and their files.
Do not delete, move, or rename this folder or anything in it. You would lose that data, and it cannot be recovered.

To free up space, open Claude and go to Settings > This computer > System > Storage. If your version has no Storage setting, use Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart.
To start over, open Claude and go to Help > Troubleshooting > Reset App Data.
Once no version of Claude is installed for this Windows account, you can delete this folder.
